At Satorisan, we want you to walk comfortably in your new shoes; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We ensure a conscious and straightforward process to help you find the soul-mate for your feet.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original Satorisan packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
